Methods: The "Wearfit" App compatible with smart phones of Bluetooth 4.0, IOS 8.0 version above or Android 4.4 version above. Use the "Wearfit" app to binding smart band. This wristband will automatic conversion show 24-hour military time when sync with your phone. It has NO 12-hour format setting.

As to heart rate and blood pressue and blood oxygen being measured, you have to scroll to the item you want to measure and allow a couple of minutes for the device to compute and report the data. It takes about a minute to get the Reading.

The heart rate, blood pressure is monitoring via light sensor reflected (Green Light). So there is a little difference according to people's skin. Please make it turn over and close to the pulse if it can't reading when monitor HR. The adopted algorithm will identify heart rate automatically.(Very close to accurate, but not for medical purpose)

Wrist Fit: Fit wrist from 5.5 to 8 inch. Polymer lithium 80mAH battery; It use about 3-5 days operating time. It's IP67 waterproof fitness watch need to be careful when washing dishes. But Can't be used when showering and swimming because it's not to get wet.
